LP Advisory Board
A group of founding limited partners providing independent guidance on governance, pipeline review, and long-term strategy.
The LP Advisory Board is composed of 6–8 founding limited partners who provide guidance and oversight to Baraka Prosperity Partners. The board supports governance, reviews the investment pipeline, and advises on strategic direction. While final authority remains with the General Partners, the Advisory Board plays an important role in reinforcing transparency, accountability, and long-term alignment.

About Baraka
Built by Physicians, Guided by Purpose
Baraka Prosperity Partners was founded by healthcare operators who saw first-hand the gaps in traditional investment funds, a lack of alignment, limited operator insight, and little attention to ethical responsibility.
We created Baraka to change that. Our mission is to align capital with physician expertise, ethical principles, and long-term growth. By combining clinical experience with disciplined investment strategy, we build healthcare platforms and real estate that serve patients, communities, and investors alike.
Our name, Baraka, reflects our core values of trust, intention, and excellence. These principles guide every decision we make, ensuring that prosperity is pursued with transparency and purpose.
